Gail Auguston is the President and founder of Auguston and Associates,
an international retained executive search firm specializing in global medical and dental device and equipment manufacturers. Since 1978, Auguston and Associates has continued to grow as a national
and international presence in the healthcare recruiting arena with ninety-eight percent of their business
coming from satisfied customers and candidate referrals. In 2000 we moved our corporate office from Portland, Oregon to Pompano Beach, Florida.
Gail has been a guest speaker at numerous international search and recruiting conferences in Hong Kong,
South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Europe, and the United States. A former President of
the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) and past President of the International Association of Personnel Services Associations (IPSA), Gail was honored in 1996 as the “Harold B. Nelson Memorial Award Recipient” the highest individual honor given by the National Association of Personnel Services. She is a founding partner and past member of the Board of Directors for Search Net International, a Swiss based global retained search network and a past member of the Board of Directors for First Interview Sales and Marketing Network. Since 1995 Gail has been a Paul Harris Fellow with Rotary International.
Gail earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Political Science from Arizona State University and lived in Switzerland
as a AFS exchange student. Gail is active in the “Gift of Life” Transplant foundation, Rotary International, The Broward
County Humane Society, Cystic Fibrosis Gold Coast Guild, and “Operation Brave Kids” which supports the children
of service men and women serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. |
